In addition to our evening and weekend development programmes, FFG offers Soccer Schools during most school holidays, After School Clubs, Parties, Tournaments and Festivals.

FFG Tiny & Mini Ballers

Ages 18 months – 6 years

FFG Tiny Ballers

The FFG Tiny Ballers programme is the introductory stimulus on the Ferdinand Football Group development pathway. On their first leg of the journey at FFG, young children from 18 months old are encouraged to learn through free-play and imaginative games with soft balls, crafts and other play equipment with the option to join in some fun games designed to help develop cognitive skills, friendships, confidence and independence.

FFG Mini Ballers provides a platform for children from age 3 up to 6 years old to develop their FUNdemental skills as they progress within Ferdinand Football. This programme focuses on their ABC’s; Agility, Balance and Coordination, as well as social interaction between their parents/guardians and other children.

Football Ferdinand Group provides children aged between 6 – 16 years the opportunity to receive extra technical coaching, in additional to their fun community and grassroots based provision. The FFG Baller Development Centre is highly suitable for players who either want to begin their football journey or already playing at high level. In addition we teach in a positive learning environment for players whether that’s in game related practices, individual and group – team challenges to encourage them to improve their technique, individuality, communication skills, physicality, decision making and game related tactics.

FFG 1:1s

Position-specific training activities are proven to be one of the most valuable ways to improve a footballer’s competence within a specific position.

These Individual sessions (one to one) will incorporate aspects of technical training but introduce phases of position-specific actions that are designed for players looking to perfect their role within certain areas of the field. Ongoing 1:1 programs will look at best practices, drills and encounters covering specific positions with more in-depth and precise detail to master your role within the team.

Individual sessions improve positional perception and understanding, preparing players for realistic game scenarios.

1:1 sessions are tailored to your child’s goals and abilities following a consultation with an FFG coach.

The ultimate Holiday Club for ANY baller.

Work hard but play harder with FERDINAND FOOTBALL GROUP. Make friends, build confidence and develop unbelieve skills whilst having the BEST time playing ball through the holidays.

Our FFG staff have combined their years of football knowledge, experience and tremendous enthusiasm for the game to create football sessions that will not only improve children’s ball skills, but will put a smile on their face and have them asking for more!

Our sessions are open to beginners right through to the more advanced players. We pride ourselves on being extremely organised and professional, where a friendly face will greet every child, parent and teacher. The coaches will develop good relationships with all of the children, making it the perfect environment for them to learn and play during the holidays.

All staff members hold the relevant qualifications and DBS checks to deliver a fun, safe and enjoyable camp.
