Each membership is assigned to specific classes. It may be that you have the incorrect membership for the class you’re looking for or it could be a system error. Please contact your Head Coach for advice.

It may be that the membership you require is set as private, such as Ferdinand Academy memberships. Please contact your Head Coach for the direct link.

Yes, additional bundles are available to purchase from our Membership options. These are temporary memberships that expire once the bundle ha been used or within 12 months, whichever comes sooner.

There could be a multitude of reasons why you would need to halt a membership, such as long-term illness, and we are happy to accommodate this for you. Please contact your Head Coach to have this arranged.

Unless specifically stated on your membership, all membership payments are taken on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.

Yes, with the exception of After School Clubs organised by your school.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

We would encourage you to speak to us before cancelling a membership so that we could try and help under any circumstance.

To cancel a membership yourself is easy: My Account >>My  Memberships >> View Details >> ‘Cancel Membership’.

Yes, it is important that you cancel any classes that you cannot attend otherwise it will still be taken from your membership quota. From your TeamUp Members app or homepage, please select ‘Remove’ next to the class you are no longer attending.

Do I need to book each class every week for my child?2022-01-06T13:34:11+00:00

Yes. We advise using the app ‘TeamUp Members’ for ease and booking classes for at least a month in advance to avoid missing out on a space.
